"I spoke with Trey, told him my needs for a garage fridge and he showed me the available options. Found the one I liked and they delivered it the next day. Trey told me they would be there in the afternoon, called me a little after 1PM to let me know they were on the way. The installers were polite and took care of everything. It was a great experience."

"I had the freezer go out and needed a new Fridge. Everyone recommended Myers to me and I now know why! Everyone there tried to help me, but I had talked to Brant, the day before on the phone. Every single person in the store was friendly, and professional! I bought the new one on Friday, and the install people came on Saturday. They were also very professional and answered every thing I asked. I could not be any happier about the whole experience!!! I will recommend them all I can, Thank you Myers, for the outstanding service it give! I sure appreciate you all!! Thank you so much!!"

"Stopped at Myers to look for a new Rocker Recliner. Spoke with Todd on our interest. We have to say, very impressed with the selection. Todd was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, no high pressure. Answered all of our questions. The price was very good. Quality top notch. Made a purchase. "I can't say enough good things about my experience with Myers for appliance repair. I had waited weeks for service through my home warranty, I'd been to the laundromat twice & spent almost $100 doing so. 3 1/2 weeks without a dryer when you have a uniform to wash, kids (one of which is a bed wetter) sports, animals etc.. 3 1/2 weeks feels like a lifetime!! I called 10 places until I got to Myers on my google list & not one had anything open for 2 weeks or more. I was at my wits end & I think the person I spoke with originally could sense it. He moved mountains to get someone out 2 days later! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable & my hero!! HaHa! I was so grateful I don't care if New Castle is a minute away, I would call them first going forward on any repair need I have. Thank you so so much!!"

"We travel from Muncie to Myers Furniture in New Castle because we appreciate the atmosphere of a family owned business. The staff is friendly, helpful, and not 'pushy.' They work with you to find what you need - even during this supply-and-demand interruption from COVID. We have been in Indiana for 4 1/2 years and once we found Myers, they have received our business for a dining room set, a reclining couch and recliner, a glider with ottoman, Speed Queen washer and dryer, and most recently delivered - gas kitchen stove and over-the-range microwave. Delivery fees are reasonable. Plus, we usually get a discount off the already tagged price ... without even asking!! We are very pleased customers who highly recommend Myers Furniture!"
